Barlows and Capt Hooks has Eagle Claw 574s, which is a longer shank but they only have them in sizes 6-4/0. These are regular round bend bronze aberdeen hooks.
Eagle Claw also has a newer Lazer Needle Point L2831, Platinum Black nickle but the only sizes they have in them is 3/0 and 4/0.

I can't help with just the hook but have some 1/32 ball heads that was poured on a discontinued EC #8 640 jig hook. These are longer than a #4 aberdeen and heavy duty. I even had some nickle plated about six years ago.
