Thanks LP, and yes I do like the double surgeon's loop. I like the way the jig hangs and swims. Also I think it helps with hook set, nearly always in the roof of the mouth. I used the double clinch for years and still do on occasion, but usually the looper. The fish were suspended 6' deep in 12'water in a Mossback Rack. "Vertical jigging"
