Say LedHed, obviously, the soft Hybrid must be good to be your choice, but can I ask some details? My mono of choice for years has been regular Hybrid primarily for strength & abrasion resistance but it does loop knot on casts due to its stiffness. So,
1. Is the soft version strong? Get any breakoffs?
2. Is the soft better handling than the original? Casting loop knots?
3. Seems like a fluoro based line should be clear, why do you prefer the green?

We haven't had any problems with the Hybrid soft - 3rd season using it. Was using Tecton but not in awhile - 2nd line of choice - best diameter for mono.
The Hybrid is too strong - don't thnk it would hold up for world record - hardly any breakoffs.
Soft is waaaay better and no knots. Originally started using Yo-Zuri in Baja for saltwater because of the fluorocarbon polymer formulation
We use the greeen cuz we can see it - LOL. No real difference with the clear.

That's a nice gill,Led. You look a little chilly in the pic. My favorite line is the Tectan as far as mono goes, unfortunately it's harder to find now and whoever is selling it wants a ridiculous amount for it. Never tried the Hybrid but might check that out if you're using it.
