Just wondered if you've submitted the site domain to any search engines. I believe that Google will let you do it for free. Don't know about Yahoo, Bing, or others. Any of those could be a great assist to jig tyer recruitment.

BTW, kudos on the home page design. It looks really good to me.

Yes, have submitted to Yahoo, Google, MSN & one other, but i am drawing a blank on the name of that one right now. They say it could take a couple weeks before getting listed with the big boys, my last check, it was not showing on yahoo.

Thanks Pup, the home page may go through a few different looks before i settle on one.
