yes these are the 1/16 oz.  However I did cut the collars off to allow a better fit on the chenille. I figure they are closer to a 1/24 oz now.

By the time you add the other components to these they weigh about 1/16 without the collar and heavier with the collar. They look good but might need to do a little trimming on a couple of those on the bottom side so the blades will spin.
