I guess you can't teach a old dog new tricks. I'm having a hard time figuering out how to best use the clear. What difference is there in a full paint head and one done with a 10-1 mix? Are you suspending the flake in the clear? What advantage is there instead of just doing a dush of flake at the end? Your talking 3 or 4 coats, are you re-heating the head each time? If you do a 3 color mix, why should I add clear to it? More question to follow I'm sure.

Im just starting to experiment with it. It does suspend the glitter from what i can tell, by mixing 10-1 you get a hint of the base color in the clear(irredescent) look, with 5-1 the base is more pronounced... Radtexan and others should be able to elaborate further.
