I like to think that most Locals here know better than to live near the shoreline. Its not a question of if but when a tsunami will hit. I'm at 800' elevation.

So far, the news is that the "wave" height peaked at 7' in certain areas and did some damage in low lying areas and messed up harbor moorings, but with a good siren warning system in place everyone who wanted to had plenty of time to get out of the way. Whats interesting is that a tsunami affects the entire coastlines of our islands, not just the side facing the generation site.

Going shoreline fishing on Monday I think to check out the remodeling.

Should have made some new "Honey Holes" ... No telling what fish have moved in ... Let us have a report on what U find. After Hurricanes we have all kinds of weird things to happen to the coast & fishing.
