After re-doing a Shannon twin spin I've been thinking about coming up with one of my own versions using the poison tail mold and weedless football molds. I cut the wire loops from some forms I had on hand and taped them in so they would stay in place. Probably need to make the arms shorter but think they will spin. Tied them using magnum zonkers, crosscuts and krinkle mirror flash. Used painted #2 willow blades, roller swivels and split rings. Hooks used were Mustad 91768 2/0 AND 3/0 with 3/0 32798 mustads with the 1/4 oz football head.  View attachment 9View attachment 1View attachment 2

I tested a couple in the bath tub and both blades spin once I spread the arms a little more. Going to try them out in a couple days once it gets down in the 70's, still 90 + here.
