Glow in the dark thread

Was at Joannes today the lady showed me glow in the dark thread...sold. two color options white and yellow. Trying it out on this tip. See if it still works after nail polished.

Yep it works. Can't get pick of it glowing but it works.

They make nice hard body glow jigs as well. I have a glow pink thread as well from Coates.

Does the thread need color preserver? Or asked another way, does it darken when you apply flex coat?

I just applied cheapo clear nail polish, stayed same color

I need to examine the glow threads. One-hundred percent Polyester is fine for me if it's a 40-wt. thread.
