only one I've seen is a plastic base with a very low melt/flash point. I tried it and it will work with epoxy but not lacquer based clear coats and cannot be mixed with clear for an overcoat.

Ok. Sounds like not purchasing it was a good idea.

Now, the multi-pack of the Neon Glitter colors, on the other hand........

AllenOK,
you can get very creative with epoxy and glitter. The only drawback is a lure turner is an absolute must. I have made several for less than 10 bucks each so its not a big deal. A lot of folks use devcon 2 ton epoxy (the slow cure) I use envirotex light as well as a couple different fishing rod epoxies. They are all slow cure which combined with a lure turner results in a crystal clear very uniform coating glitter etc will lay flat and you get an incredible appearance and with glitter, a little goes a loooong way.

Pick a brand I've used all of these with epoxy and clear powder paint

I've been using this brand more and more, Nicole Crafts - I get it at AC Moore (like Michaels and Hobby Lobby)
