Had no idea what this meant after seeing it in a news article: So...
"gerrymandering is a practice that attempts to establish a political advantage for a particular party or group by manipulating district boundaries to create partisan advantaged districts"
In Ohio for example:
"2.3 million people voted Democratic and won 4 seats while 2.5 million people voted Republican and won 12 seats"
Wow, now I understand the voter redistricting flap.
