Float tubing LP

Hit Lake Perris this morning for a few hours with friend new to tubing. We got about 17 fish and 12 of those were nice fish. Almost every fish was a Redear except for 3 Bluegill and one of those I caught was an 11 inch female full of eggs. Bigger fish are in 15-18 ft depths. Used LedHed's pink headed "Egg Sucking Leech"/crickets. They love that black/pink combo. I gotta get me some more of those!

How do you find them in that deep water without electronics?

Hit or miss. Basically, we are just kicking along, slowly moving our jigs/baits along near the bottom. We have some knowledge from using electronics in a boat of what the bottom is like and kind of have an idea of were the fish might be.
