Excise tax/ selling to bait shop question

I need help please.  I have a new small business selling my jigs.   I'm set us with state tax and will be paying the federal excise tax.  No sales for the first quarter as the business was just started.   

I have been asked to tie for a bait shop, they approached me not the other way around.  My question is when pricing for them is it fair to say for example 1/2 oz walleye jigs $12 dozen plus the 10% excise tax?     


Bait shops are used to paying the excise tax correct?
