There is a big new update supposed to be in the works and i think i remember reading that it was to include some video and flash stuff. For now, i would say just post a link, i will do some experimenting though and see if it is possible.....

To be honest, i DIDN'T know it was in the upgrade pack! I just noticed the extra little button at the end of the format stuff yesterday. 
The one i did embed took me trying 3 different URL links to the video before it worked... but it does work!
