He deserves whatever the consequences are. The fish belly opened up looks like a crappie,not a bass. He S**ks.

I've been known to have my thumb on the scales, but that is rediculas. JK
Haha... brings back memories. :blush: Back in high school we had an annual "pest hunt" between the 9th, 10th 11th & 12th grade vocational agriculture classes. The team with the highest weight of pests (coyotes, woodchuck, rats, mice, few species of birds) brought in won a pizza party. Sophomore year, me and some buddies stuffed a few chucks with lead shot!!! We did get caught too, no pizza that year. :beat-up: Next year, teacher devised a point system for each type of animal! 
Now when you are talking about cash prizes that go along with a tournament... would think you could possibly get in some bigger trouble. Glad he was caught. Dummy, probably tried to make a 10" crappie weigh 3lbs.
