I've had a few people asking what in the heck Cajun Fryes were so heres a preview. As you can see they are tiny minnows at just about an inch long. Im mating these with red #8 or #6 sickles. Gills are eating them up. They are also working great for catching crappie in thick brush tops.

RD,

Those look excellent and I know they will work well. I use a minnow that's a little longer, but similar in shape, on my local reservoir. Solid chartreuse is a very good color.

One of the very best soft plastic crappie jigs that I've ever fished is a Falls Bait Company Jig-N-Minnow. It has a fl. fire orange jig head with a silvery-gray body and is a killer crappie jig. Try this color combo should you have the chance.
