You got it buddy . On that type of head taper the chenille the way you did . It makes a very good presentation in the water. I live near an indian reservation and some of the family live on the rez . The water in the creeks is crystal clear spring water . Used to go sit under water and have someone jig a lure buy to see what it really looked like . Fish don't pay you any mind if you are under with them . The lures that got the most attention were ones that closely resembled a minnow or pulsed in the water moving the tail filliments around. Color was sort of iffy but there is no crappie in the creeks so I didn't get a chance to see how they acted.

Good looking jig. I have never fished a bullet head jig but I would think they run like a minnow head jig does with faster drop rates. Good work.

Looks like a good one. Blue/silver can be a really good combo in cleaner water.

Whats the details on that head and hook? Hook almost looks like a 60* eye, but don't remember ever seeing sickles that way other than the big Owner Deep Throat style. Could just be an illusion from camera angle tho...
