I really like those colors and the marabou on that head style is killer!! What size is the bucktail? That is a perfect minnow rep, I can never get my minnow bucktails to look like that, I either have too much hair or not enough, really nice ties!
For bucktails I try to keep the length past the hook bend equal to or less than the space between the bottom of the jig head and bend of the hook. I even use a hair stacker sometimes to get the bottoms line up a bit more.
