Love Mr. Whiskers, the good old CCF. :icon14:
I do miss southern fried catfish. It's interesting to me that you caught so many channel cats on jigs during one outing. That's pretty cool.
The last one that I caught actually went airborne on me. Often times they like to spin 'round and 'round.
In the fall, channels will chase shad minnows inshore at my local reservoir. I used to always assume it was being done by either largemouth bass or white/yellow bass, mistakenly.
