Dumb question, are those some V's of fl yellow neck hackle, encompassed by the org tips or is that bou?

Yes it's hackle. Most guys only use 2 or 3 V's, I use 6. I like a fuller jig. Your box is almost ready to ship. You'll probably never talk to me again after you get it. Just a hint, I don't use Maribou any more, and flat rate is the only way I could ship it.
