[Lost Pole]

Written in stone.
The family has been working on forming and pouring up some concrete sections under the house for a while now. Two of them came to almost finalization yest morn.

Helianthus had put out some crawfish traps fri afternoon, so Pistol, Bug, I and her checked em in mid morn.

Was surprised the swamp was offering much this early.
I decided to test the sacs since the river was still rolling over into it.
Some good fish still bedding shallow caught on ol reliable

Headed back to the house after 2 hours happy.
Got home to smiles and a great late lunch

Afterwards Unc came over n watched the boys while Helianthus n I scooted out to see Justin Moore and Miranda Lambert in concert. But not before Helianthus got her fill of Dungeness crabs at the Silver Slipper Casino.
A great day and one I'll never forget.
