I tried out some new colors, I can mix and try different combos later but for right now I stuck to uniform colors. I like the tan one the best, I was trying for crickets colors, I bet it would look even better with a football head. O ya here is a pic of my workstation.

Smart fellow . Never touch momma's stuff . I stay in the dog house prowling in wife's stuff. Did a good job on those . Try anything and everything there is not really a wrong way if it catches a fish.

Waaaay sweet. Looks like you got a touch of LedHed in ya.
I'm partial to the pink'n, but they all look great. Very eye appealing.
Solid colors are about all I can do. I can't match anything, even my beard is like a calico kitten. The eyes really set 'em off. Buy em from Crazy Angler? You tye your marabou a bit longer than I do, do you find it better that way? I'm always looking to learn something.

Didn't getcha a "howdy" in your introduction thread, so welcome from SE Louisiana.

Yes I got the pink eyes from CAT and the others off ebay from Bog baits. Am not sure about the length yet am thinking of tying them shorter. Do you miss bites if they are to long? Am not sure yet because I have yet to test them out on the gills. ( need warmer weather to get out on the tube). Am dying of anticipation to get my first bluegill on them. :D

Nice, the tan would work for a cricket imitation and black is murder on the Perris gills. I'd do several of each of those colors in case you hang up and lose some, especially if you are using light line.

Awesome work Anthony! Very cool! I'll take a dozen of the tan jigs.. jk Should be a killer color. I'd say you had a great instructor. When are you going to try them out? Looks like we may start to get some warmer weather this week, so hopefully the fish will start biting.

After this week of warm weather this upcoming weekend looks really nice, I think am going to try them out then. The water should be warm enough I hope.
