Got to take my son and two grand kids fishing this past weekend.First time the grand kids were in a boat fishing and they loved it until a fish come off the hook and started flopping in the boat.

These colors have worked real well for me and seem to be better with the tear Drop Heads... 1/16 # 4Tear drop 2" grubs...Tennessee Shad...Acid Rain...Black/Silver...added craft bead tubing on hook shank to keep grub from sliding.The grubs last longer with the tubing instead of the barb.

Trying out the wild turkey feathers I received recently and used them in making the spiders....I guess they look sorta buggy...

Some NFL team colors make good jigs.I made a few to give away as prizes for our Fantasy Football League this past season.

Have any of you guys used the Dragonfly Powder Paint from Pro-tec and if so what colors do you use for the body and tail?

I know you can buy the Yellow Chartreuse powder but is there a ratio of powders to get this color?

Well had to try these jigs that StumpHunter posted in his Tutorial Video.Almost there with the design but oh so many possibilities with this material...

On my last trip out ice fishing since I caught a few crappie on my first time trying the Satin/Wool combo on the jig with the black eye in the pic I decided to add some Satin/Wool to some of my ice fishing jigs the Lindy Glow Bugs to see what happens..you never know...

Finally will be getting on the ice tomorrow evening to look for the Crappie Night Bite and will be trying some of the Satin/Wool jigs. I am also making a few 1/124 #10 gold plated just in case they want a smaller bait...

I will have to admit that these Wool & Satin Jigs have a great profile when in the water...

Thought I would give the satin jigs a shot... These are 1/64th. oz. with #8 sickle and some Neon Fabric Markers to add a line or two I found for 50% off. I hope to try these Ice Fishing this weekend...hence the name Ice Satin

I put together a couple of swimming and weedless Craws for someone at work who gave me the heads and these have a 3/0 and 4/0 hook.First time I tried tying anything with this size hook.Should work for Bass.
