Looks good. The thing I hate is all molds with that little eye bump on the head . For me it makes it harder to paint an eye . I smack those suckers with a hammer to flatten them out . More work on top of everything else . I can see you have been practicing patience .Keep it up good work comes with a price .

They look great. I'm sure the fish will be all over them.

Maybe you could fill the eye socket in the mold with the same high temp silicone people have used to get rid of collars?

I used the red stuff. There's a bunch of different brands. Should be able to find it for under five bucks at just about any auto parts store. The intended application is creating gaskets on engines.

I've never tried filling a cavity on the head, but it seems to me that dabbing the silicone in the socket and using a bent piece of wire to scoop out the excess and smooth over the remaining silicone would work.

Great bunch of tyes.

If you can have your mold pinned.

Flatten the eyes in a vise or with pliers, file flat are other options

I just tap the bump on a thin layer of powder.. Gives a nice neat eye.
Pinning the mold would be best but not everyone can do that

Saw on ebay - about 3 weeks ago - a post that a guy would do it for $2 an eye. Don't know why - but I didn't mark it. Hope he posts again..

Couple swipes with a file levels the eye pretty good too.
