View attachment 4I love to pour, paint, and tie, I go somewhere in my mind while I'm at the vise... Where I'm not sure but it is a calm place to help me unwind . I tie a lot of different things love them all . I'm an average tyer self taught with lot of videos watched. I make a lot of the same mistakes but its not so important for me to be perfect,
but to achieve that which was in my head. So here is a drop shot fly, a crappie jig and some more float n flies all simple but catch fish , which is my ultimate goal . Plus having fun .

Looking pretty good there . Winter coming on might shorten the length of the hair and skinny it down some . Least that is what i have to do in my neck of the woods .

Excellent job!!! I love tying on the minnow heads for float-n-flys and yours look fantastic!! I think we all get transported to another time and place when we sit at the vise, I told me wife that it isn't just a fly tying vise but it is a time machine that takes me to lakes and rivers at times when I'm the only one there and the best part is that she gets it, she does here own afghan making and stuff like that. I truly do lose time, I often say the fastest way to spend 4 hours is to sit at the vise with a handful of jig heads and some bucktail and craft fur and 4 hours will go by like 4 minutes. Great job, keep them coming!!!

I would say a little above average, nice work. I get that creative side going also while at the vise, try to picture what the fish would want in a given lake taking into consideration time of year, water clarity, etc... Again, very nice work.
