Bead Up Jigs?

Lately, been using plastic 3.5 mm fluor red beads as cheaper than metal propeller bearings and tie spacers, and wondered if the splash of color is attractive to fish?

Surely the color has to help. Those look great.

I think it would help - and it draws them to strike at them they're in the right place - right at the hook point!

Those look good but think maybe Id use a contrasting color from the thread like maybe a chart,silver or gold.Just my 2cents but I think they should work.

Since I happen to have both chartreuse thread and beads, think I'll try that.
