Yes I'm out of jig heads. Gotta wait a bit before I can order some and haven't had time to pour any. To answer your other question... Some have a nail through the bead then tied to the shaft. Adds a little more weight but I not sure I like em tied like that.

I got the nail part but I was talking on the first picture, you put the nail through something, almost makes it look like some kind of lip??

You could always try some spinner making wire or leader material- but I don't know how well the spinning blade on the crane swivel in the third pic would act.
