Hi Yall
Worked off and on yesterday on a project.
My son carried his 2 sons to the P City Beach Pier over the weekend and they got a start on Pier fishin ... I have not done it in years and said to myself "you gotta make some jigs for them" .... Have not tied jigs of any number in several years ... so as per attached Pix of roughly a 3/8 oz jig with nylon tails ... go easy on me about the ties but they were made from start to finish off & on yesterday ... let the epoxy cure overnight on the wraps. The "Spin A Heds" were not for this project nor the "Red Heads" to the right which will be used with Plastic Shrimp Tails and the "Spin A Heds" I use a small plastic shad.

Thanx Guys
We use a certain amount of Red more for bay fishing than in the surf and off shore .. I gave them to Grand son #3 to take home yesterday and he told me they had better luck on the Spanish with a white and silver mylar ... got some more work to do in the AM .. I all most made some up day before yesterday with mylar strands .. had it sitting on the table .. O well thats the way it goes ... spent this AM on the river ... extra high tide in and it was really slow for fresh and saltwater .. (tried them both) 2 11" Bass one 2# Jack (E. Chain Pickrell) 2 small reds, 2 croakers and the smallest "Sail Cat" I have ever seen.

It was "Fishing" not so much "Catchin"
