NEW FAVORITE BASS JIG HOOK

These jigs were tied using a Gamakatsu EWG 2014 60 degree 3/0 jig hook. The jigs picture are 3/16 shake it's,new mold I just picked up. Did some experimenting with some of my other molds and discovered this hook will fit my 1/4 oz football head as well. I only ordered 25 because I wasn't sure what they would fit but I have at least three molds they will fit so next time I'm ordering 100. I'll tie some footballs later tonight. I like the wide gap on these and they are sharp.View attachment 1

Thats shaw nuff a hook right there! Your ties are awesome. I need to get that mold also as I get into the finesse worms.

There's more than one skake it mold,one's a screw-loc without a collar and the other has a ring and barb collar. This one is more versatile taking flateye hooks and regular 60's and 90's. I ended up getting both. The jigs were tied with the ring and barb collar,less wraps are needed for this one.
