Good looking ponyhead. You might want to try butt/jump rings for the blade. Lot easier to use and cheaper than split rings. You can make your own with different metals also.

yeah nail polish tried to put eyes but didnt work out so i soaked them in acetone then repainted...Talked to robert at cat today, i think were going to do a custom mold for stick on eyes..i think he could sell ice cubes to an eskimo lol...

That is a great looking jig. I really like the colors you used.

I'm using a mold that flat pinned for me - excellent work. You can also file the eyes flat, stop just before the eye is filed away for reference, and use 2D or 3D eyes.
