Out here...
....a couple weeks ago I mentioned that my bride was facing the fact that she has breast cancer. Well she has gone thru surgery and we are now waiting on the Pathology report. Where I'm going with this is, I have been tying jigs this afternoon and she wanted me to tye one commemorating the journey we now face. So I had her pick out the materials and when I finished we couldn't come up with a name. So I'm asking my friends on JigCraft to come up with some options to chose from. Thank you for your prayers as we have been traveling down this path and thank you in advance for your help... Mel <><

How about, "The Cure For Cancer Crappie Cathcher"?
I didn't see the thread before about your wife's problems. I'll keep you and your family in my prayers Mel.

First off Jigman my thoughts and prayers for you and your bride. My cousin had just gone through this last year and today she is doing fine. The jig you have tied is beautiful and with the picture can represent many things but what comes to mind first is "Inspiration".

I will keep you all in my prayers, and hope all is well quickly.
I don't have a name to toss into the hat, but I see some really good ones posted.

Give her our best!

You have my best wishes. My wife is a 14-year cancer survivor. LedHed's suggestion is a very good one imo.

I am with LedHead and others "Hope" sounds like a fitting name for a great looking jig. Prayers for complete recovery and long cancer free life.

Jig Man, Our prayers are with you. A very nice tie -consider the name of "Positive Pink" ; my wife is just now completing the daily radiation therapy following her breast cancer operation, and has remained POSITIVE the entire time, starting before Thanksgiving. She never got down on herself, rarely missed work, and seemed to grow in energy throughout the duration. Lots of prayers (she works at our church!) and lots of friends always gave support, as did the usual laughter and all normal daily activities.Just look forward to all your summer plans & it'll be here before you know it! When her last 10 minute radiation treatment is complete this coming Friday, my wife & I will celebrate by going out to breakfast, probably joking the whole time, and have no need to look back. So,both of you, please STAY POSITIVE !
