I tie a lot of jigs with craft hair but one color I've never seen is glow in the dark. A product  made here in the states by seicrafts.com is a glow spray that you spray on materials, allow to dry and color sets permanently when put in the dryer. I followed the steps but put it in microwave for 30 seconds to set the color. Pictures of my glow craft hair were taken in day time indoor lighting. The circle you see on the craft hair is where I charged it with a flashlight and it's glowing . I'll tie some with it soon. Works with marabou as well but can't find the finished product at the moment. Also a few jigs from this morning. View attachment 5View attachment 4

It does work with marabou. I didn't mark the bag so I need to find it and mark it glow. I just dyed some white. I'll get a picture of it once I find it.

Very interesting! I find it hard to believe it doesn`t stick or change the texture of the material, marabou in particular.

Then again I would rather use it on Bucktail and saltwater stuff.

It does give it a coarser texture but you can brush it out. I do spray, let it dry and spray it again and dry it a second time before I put it in the microwave to set it.
