2016 Herring mold

Mine came in yesterday and poured up a bunch. Mold calls for Gamakatsu 604 jig hooks and poured some of those along with some Mustad 32746 and 32729 which is a 60 degree hook that actually fit. The ties are 1/4 oz with a 4/0 Gama 604, blades are #3 willows. Probably catch a bass or two with these but might be a good bait for walleye. View attachment 9View attachment 1View attachment 2

Nicely done. I agree they may work for Walleye. Need a "Clown Pattern" to be sure. Hint! Hint!

Those are sweet looking. The long rabbit tails should have plenty of kick to them. Look like those heads have lots of detail and will be fun to paint.

They are very cool. The top ones would slay anything in the salt for sure! Actually so would the grey ones!
