Blue/Chartreuse "Lil Buggers"

Size 8 sickle hook with a 1/80th oz head, painted with "Dragonfly" powder paint from CAT. Tail is light blue neck hackle and blue krystal flash. Body is chartreuse ostrich herl.

I believe that is the best way to tie in tails. Leaving the hackle in would give the barbbels more movement; rather than pulling them off the hackle stem and tieing them in flat. Beautiful jigs!

What's worse, is a friend on another website mentioned that the chartreuse shade of this ostrich herl pretty much matches the body color of the Green Darner Dragonflies in his area. He will catch those, and use them for bait, which is deadly. He showed me a pic of what they look like. Shouldn't be to hard to match the hatch on those :)

I ain't gonna get any sleep tonight.......
