White and Chartreuse. I've got a buddy in the area, and I've tied some microjigs for him in those colors. He says EVERYTHING hits them.

I don't know about ky lake but around here when they are shallow we catch them with a 1/16 green chart. kiptail jig under a float, and we put a redworm on the hook or a half of a worm depending on how large the worms are. hook the worm thru one end, this lets it trail behind the jig, this works very well for gills too, use a 2 inch cigar shaped foam float ith the plastic peg, I put a split shot between the float and jig also, when the fish are in 3-6 fow this will do the job, my fishing buddy jiggles his float a lot and he catches a lot of fish too, but I tend to let it sit, the ripples on the water move that float around anyway.
