Hi,

I want to pour my own cheburashka jig heads and also have an idea around larger resin heads that both utilize wire clips. Can anyone recommend a supplier who is happy with custom work in the 1000-5000pcs. range? I wouldn´t mind significantly higher rates.

Alternatively, any idea to economically bend pike-save wire into forms like this would be apreciated!

Check with Mustang Wire - you can look at the catalouge on the web. If you don't see them CALL sometimes they have overruns and sell them cheaper. One of the guys over on TackleUnderground posted another wire custom place but I don't have the link here at work. I'll post it when I get home tonight.
